Wedding Timeline
Arrival time at the venue for those staying the full time is from 5pm on Monday 27th October 2025, with checkout being at 11am on Thursday 30th October 2025. Our aim is to create the environment of a family holiday in which we all share space and create joint memories. There is no commitment to stay for the full duration, however we are encouraging as many people as possible to stay with us for as long as they are able. We are currently exploring potential activates to take place following the wedding, however we would also just enjoy spending time with you all, relaxing and coming down from the buzz of the day before we depart on the Thursday.
Below you will find our expected timeline for how the wedding day (Tuesday 28th October 2025) will take place. For those in the wedding party you will be provided separate timelines that include additional details such as getting ready times or any support needed
1:00PM - Ceremony
The wedding ceremony will take place at 1:00pm on Tuesday 28th October 2025, it is planned to take place outdoors in either The Glade or under The Oak Tree, if the weather has different plans for us on the day then the ceremony will take place in The Drawing Room.
1:45PM - Happy Hour & Canapés
Immediately following the ceremony, guests will be taken to the main house to be served drinks and Canapés by the wonderful team at Wild Garlic Catering (check out the Menu to see what’s being served!).
During this time, posed photos will also be arranged with the photographer.
3:30PM - Dinner & Speeches
Wedding guests will be taken down to The Stables and sat for dinner, served once the newlyweds arrive. Please make sure to let us know of any dietary allergies/restrictions when you RSVP.
After everyone is well fed the speeches will take place.
6:10PM - Cake Cutting
Following the speeches a traditional cake cutting will take place to mark the start of the evenings celebrations!
6:30PM - The First Dance
The Bride and Groom will open up the dance floor with a first dance before welcoming all wedding guests to join, please bring your dancing shoes and cheesiest moves!
11:55PM - Happily Ever After
At the end of an incredible day the Bride and Groom will share one last dance alone, close out the day, say goodnight and welcome in the start of our happily ever after.
